re: Inspection stickers for boat trailers-increased enforcement???

I got a speeding ticket on Hwy 1 last week and the state trooper mentioned it to me but didn't ticket me for it. All my other paperwork was in order so I guess he thought he was doing me a favor by not issuing the trailer inspection ticket and just issuing the speeding ticket. They're going to get paid one way or the other. They will always have new ways to extort money from the public.
