Fannie Mae Homepath Properties

Does anyone have recent experience in buying a Fannie Mae Homepath property? We've made an offer on a Fannie Mae owned house and they aren't moving off their list price at all. Our offer is well in line with comparable sales in the last 6 months....

Just closed on one in September. They don't budge on price but the cash incentives are nice and the price on mine was way below market to begin with.
The negatives are it literally took over 6 months for them to clear the title, pay back condo dues and taxes, and get the final signoffs from all parties involved. I had to drive the whole process myself.
