Anyone heard anything about him? Jordy Hultberg mentioned this morning that Coach Raymond will be visiting both Rashad Robinson and Jamal Carter today in Miami. He is a 4* safety listed a 6'1" 175..judging by his picture, dude looks swole S Jamal Carter

ETA: He has a nice offer list too....If true, that would be 2 current Miami commits we are actively recruiting (Artie Burns)

Will be visiting the December 14th weekend with Bain. Always tough to pull guys away from the Miami commitment, but with all this new stuff Shapiro is saying, it may only be a matter of time before the NCAA has to act on Miami

Actually sounding like Cutrer will make it in. Carter is in that same boat with Willis and Abbington right now

Yeah.. I guess they all can sense what's about to come.

But in a way, you have to expect more from Golden, recruiting-wise. Hell, USC was able to throw together elite classes even with that 2-year bowl ban. Even Penn State has 13 commits.

And could easily lose Burns and Carter to us. These kids also have to see that low number and be scared that Golden can't recruit this year and the NCAA hasn't even dropped the hammer on them yet

LSU and Carter have been in communication for close to a year now. Raymond has always liked him. There have been ebbs and flows to his recruitment but the channels have always been open.

The staff wants a safety in this class, and they need one. I'm guessing they are just gauging interest. Would be a nice grab..

Miami has perhaps the worst facilities and fan support among all the big six schools.

It doesn't help that their "home" stadium is 25 miles away from campus.

Not having an on-campus stadium is an atmosphere killer.
