just watched the 2a title game.

Gathers hit a 3 and besides a couple of dunks and put backs nothing special. He acts like a thug. I wish I could say something positive about morgan but he stayed in foul trouble and probably didn't play ten minutes in the game. Morgan scored like 3 or 4 points with about 3 or 4 misses from the line. Both seemed lazy on the defensive end.

When a foul was called he jumped up and down, whinned all game and punched his teammate in the chest after an intentional foul was called.

You are right I'm at the game also and I saw the same thing you saw I have seen gathers play twice and he was not impressive at all Lsu will be fine without him

For whatever reason, RA doesn't do a good job of getting him his touches down low... That has a lot do to with his production at times.... For anyone to say that LSU doesn't need or want him is a little silly.... The dude will be a monster on the boards and will hold it down in the paint...
As for the thug part, not saying what he did was wrong or not, I wasn't there but I've seen him play a lot and the word "thug" never came to mind.....

Apparently was in foul trouble much of the game and only scored a few points, but had a couple nice passes

I often notice that when fans get to watch a blue chip recruit, they expect him to score 40 and 20 and be spectacular the entire game. Just isn't the case a lot.

Was Gathers hurt when they played at Curtis? If so that would explain why he played worse in that game than he did today
