Looking for some different ideas for doing tuna steaks on the grill. Any ideas?
ETA: damn mobile version. Doing a surf n turf for the wife today. New York strips and tuna steak, inch thich, skin on. Also grilling some veggies. I usually do lemon pepper or something like that. Just looking for some different ideas.

For Tuna, I do nothing more than salt and pepper with a little olive oil. Pretty much perfect to begin with.

olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little sesame. After seared squeeze citrus over (either orange or grapefruit)
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

Yeah, the KISS method. Thanks Cosmo and Duckman.
Either one of you scotch drinkers?
Trying to decide on whether or not I should go with Oban or Glennfidich 12 YO

Sweet Burboun Marinade
The recipe calls for Salmon but I have used it on Tuna and it is great.

I don't quite have everything that recipe calls for, but I'm definitely gonna try that next time. Thanks LSUPhilly!
