Nope, still is not. If an undue hardship is created, their recourse is to release him because reasonable accomodations cannot be made. Interrogating him is not part of that process.

They only have to accommodate if a belief is sincerely held. Employees have to do a little more than just say "I believe this I promise!" Especially in this situation.
