Chiropractors are all over the place in terms of treatment and quality. Place I go now is topnotch, but went to another place years ago that was very meh in comparison. Do some research and ask around. Hip misalignment and short leg will need a shoe insert to get any permanent fix. But regular adjustments and stretching will help get you there.

Can y’all recommend a good bed as well, if you have one for issues? Like I said I’m tired of feeling like this at my age.
