I found life has a bunch of false rock bottoms. You think it is bad, but just need to take a moment and realize what you truly have. Life normally is never as good or bad as you think it is.
We all do hit a rock bottom at some point though and everyone's is different. Mine was probably 20 years ago. Nothing crazy, just something to make me change my path in life.
