Dallas Buyers Club
There were so many shots of Gretna/Westbank/Jefferson Parish. Even the cheap motel they filmed in is actually the (fleabag/hourly) Oasis Motel I unfortunately remember taking hookups to in my early 20s.
21 Jumpstreet (Jeff. Parish) & 22 Jumpstreet (Louisiana/New Orleans)
There's one car chase scene in 21 JS in a Mall parking lot that was filmed in the Kenner Esplanade Mall directly in front of the Kenner movie theater where I was watching this movie! It was actually surreal.

Elvis' best dramatic role in a movie, King Creole had many FQ scenes.
Pelican Brief had so many quarter scenes, too. One hilariously took place in a real bar/laundry on Esplanade Ave, (where you can also read books while doing your laundry). In the movie, when Julia Roberts is in the laundry room, she realizes the bad guys have found her, so she escapes through a door...which (magically) opens up to Bourbon St (where she disappears into a thick Mardi Gras crowd.)
