re: Thelma Lou (Barney's Girlfriend) from Andy Griffith Show has died

I remember him having health issues in the last couple of seasons. In addition to sitting during takes, I think his stroke also affected the use of one of his arms and he placed it in his lap while using the other to point and hold objects. He was a tough cookie.
