Clearly the OP is a blind factory worker. That’s the only excuse he could have by saying such disconnected from reality statements like that.

My point is that there is zero downside to Coach O continuing this year. If he turns it around, it is a win. If he cannot, then you have the reason you need to change coaches.
If you set your emotions aside, you know as well as I do that his early dismissal will cause chaos within the program.
