With all of the camps destroyed due to the hurricane, the fishing pressure will be 1/2 what it was last year.
I also caught more trout this year than ever before. Great size as well.
They can keep it the same until there is an issue with the fish population.
Personal opinion is 15 a person. It’s still plenty of meat.
