No idea on that. But it wasn't just the switch, it was putting the new receiver in the canopy part of the fan.
Still, all one thing, though.

It's may be all one trip but it is NOT all one thing. The wall switch is the wall switch... No ladder and probably 2, 3, or 4 wires. Replacing the receiver is much more work.
