My personal opinion - Don't buy a car that does not come with a spare tire. Just don't buy it.
Compressors and fix a flat can fix SOME tire issues, but a spare fixes ALL issues.
And run flats are great if you only plan to get a flat M-F 8am-5pm. But what about nights/weekends/holidays when tire stores are closed?
Also, never use fix a flat, always use slime.
