No doubt, and it’s obvious LSU wanted the National headline and nothing else
For the record. I was asked to show my vaccine card the first game but not the second. Wore a mask the first game until I entered the stadium but didn’t wear one the second game. Seems very loosely enforced (thankfully)

LSU Athletics didn't want the headline, hence the lackadaisical enforcement.
The headline was obviously forced upon them by a higher power.
