The game will be decided by many things, but Hatch being able to look off recievers or not will drive how the Tigers are able to play in every other aspect of the game. It's not a lack of arm strength, it's having accuracy, and touch on the deep balls. If you look off the target, with LSU's speed the recievers will be open. If the QB's don't turn it over, LSU wins because it means the QB's are putting the balls in the right spots and the recievers will catch the ball.
Hawkins did a good job of this last night in the 1st quarter for Colorado.

I agree. Hatch's biggest weakness is his inability to check of receivers. If he gets this down (and I think he will) our passing game will improve dramatically.
Until he does, we need to just run C. Scott early and often.

Flynn had the same problem. For some reason, many fans couldn't see it through their purple and gold glasses.

Ya'll need to pass that cap your smoking this way if you think LSU will run over Auburn. They are going to stack the box, just like LSU is going to do to them and make the qb beat them. Which qb has the better passing game is going to win. Neither team will be able to gain many yards on the ground.
