Natural immunity is ignored because it does not help the government in its quest for more power. If the government forces everyone to get vaccinated, it can then say "Look, you couldn't save yourself, we had to save you", and tons of blue-pilled people will clap like seals.
You forgot about money. Because this is all about cash money.
