re: The FEMA help money and Chainsaw/Generator refund

I called today, took 45 minutes, to be told by a foreign lady (#5555) that saws and generators may not be reimbursed if you have insurance (homeowners or flood). Even the medical exception for the generator still applied and has not been waived.
Also an inspection of the property would be required.

This is just what I was told. A little bit opposite to what’s above.
