The small businesses will be destroyed. The city will be bailed out by federal marxist money. New businesses will emerge in this new "era of federal authoritarianism". These businesses will be grateful the Marxists in DC allow them to operate and will follow the rules of the new America. The feds will have new rules in place that will prevent middle America/Small business from climbing too far back up the ladder. This will be the recipe for every Democrat run shite hole that is under their control. This is called "Build Back Better". They will continue to steal races around the country for this "Fundamental Changing of America".
