any trail runners on here?

new to the board, sorry if i missed an existing thread

colorado based middle aged slow as shite it's faster than walking runner here. trudged 5.5 at 8,000' this afternoon

Used to be. Don't worry about speed. Distance and endurance is key to trail running. That looks like front range trail? Where you based?

good eye. that's genesee mountain. i'm in denver. and yeah i'm slow as christmas but can go a ways

Cool. One of my favorite rides from Golden, over Lookout to top of Genesee Mt and back. Check out the trails in Golden Gate State Park. Very nice, no people and a chance to get taken out by a mountain lion.
