Those underpasses should be changed to over passes or raise the train tracks. Acadian has flooded long enough at that underpass. Hopefully this lawsuit will get some things changed.

I think the tracks need to be built on a berm and elevated - and pass over all at-grade intersections. They already are sort of on a smaller berm. It just needs to be larger.
