Is their any app that will let you enter players from a offline draft directly through the app? Thanks

Man, just go to a local library and enter them through a computer. Entering it though an app sounds like torture

I was the commish of an ESPN league for a few years and I can recall entering the draft results on my phone a few times. I don't recall if I used the app or ESPN's mobile site. What I would do after the draft is just do one team at a time vs doing the rounds of the draft. I would basically assign team 1 14 players and save it and then move on to team 2. It's a slow process but was doable. It was probably 4 or more years ago so I'm not sure what the process is now.

Sleeper will allow you to set the draft to "slow draft" and you can just click the player as they get drafted live. Or I'm sure you can perform the same process the next day if you don't feel like doing it during the draft.
