Is this a 2 QB / SF league?
QBs aren’t as valuable in an 8 team league due to the # of quarterbacks available
I wouldn’t draft Harris
I would absolutely do that Diggs deal, though. In a 2 QB league, there are 8 solid picks in the rookie draft

Chase
Smith
Waddle
Pitts
Harris
Williams
.. so you answer your WR problem and still secure a solid player
