Not that I know of. In fact, I’d bet the two countries are rather friendly. Both countries were ruled by the Habsburg monarchy for centuries, first under the Holy Roman Empire, then the Austrian Empire and finally the Austrian-Hungarian Empire. After WW2, both countries were in the Eastern Bloc and under the Soviet sphere of influence. Post-communism, both countries have made huge gains in standards of living.
