You’re out. Their first preference is to double their wage and do less of the shitty part of their job by coordinating/communicating with another agent.

The other potential buyer that they dual rep could fall through though, so you’ve got that lower percentage chance.

like I set up my 2nd viewing of the property a couple days in advance... and my agent told the selling agent

since this is my 1st house purchase... my parents came up 3+ hours to look at it and help be an extra set of eyes

while we were at the house the selling agent texts my agent "I already have an offer in" followed quickly by "seller has signed the offer"

texts that could've and should've been sent days ago when my agent said "I'm doing a 2nd showing to a potential buyer"
