You’re out. Their first preference is to double their wage and do less of the shitty part of their job by coordinating/communicating with another agent.
The other potential buyer that they dual rep could fall through though, so you’ve got that lower percentage chance.
Hope it works out for you. It’s competitive out there. I was in the market in the spring.
