I am a husky guy but either one will do both are fine BUT a buy an extra chain & file learn how to sharpen your chains it’s easy. Be very careful if you have never been a saw slinger before maybe invest in chainsaw chaps, a chainsaw cut to your leg will be an er visit over 3000 and disfiguring. wear boots gloves long pants eye protection. If you get tired fatigued stop take a break eat drink rest and take your time chainsaws in a novice hands can be damn dangerous. I would go ahead call up some buddies buy beers steaks rent a log splitter cut and split it now fire wood for days
