re: Blackstone griddles?

I got my MasterBuilt Gravity series because it came with a griddle insert.

I love it and haven't cook breakfast on the weekend on anything else. There is something special about a quiet morning with a cup of coffee and cooking bacon, eggs, hash browns, and biscuits on a hot griddle.

I've also cooked wings and smash burgers that came out great. I'm going to give fried rice a whirl next. Eventually I'll try philly cheese steak.
