Sections 401/402 Tiger Stadium

Looking to relocate our season tickets of 27 years. We’re currently in Section 413 / Row 33. We love our seats ; however , my husband has been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure - as a result , it’s extremely difficult for him to get up the ramp and then 33 steps to get to our seats. I’m looking at Section 401 or 402 where we can avoid the steep ramp . Has anyone ever sat in those sections? My concern is that they’re too low.

Gotta be higher than Row 12 or 13 in the lower bowl.
I don't think I've sat in 401/402, but I have sat low on the east, west and north.

I also have congestive heart failure. My seats are in row 17 and that’s a hell of a lot of steps. Even a healthy person would have trouble making it up to row 33. He would be a legit candidate for handicapped seating so an option would be to sit there on the front row of the upper.
