re: Lumber prices

We have been looking at doing major home renovations/add-ons for the last six months and are basically just using this time to save up more money for it and get all of our ducks/plans/contractors in a row for when material prices and contractor demand do start to come down. Paying 3x what it was a year ago unless the work has to be done now is just ridiculous. Hopefully we can look at getting started on everything sometime in the fall
