re: How long have you been married?

Married 53 years April 20, 2021.
Wife never ever turned me down for sex.
We are financially stable
We still do couples things without our kids.
I remember when I was in my 50s, my Sons had both finished college. I had the thought, what do I do the rest of my life. I enjoyed being a parent.
They are visiting this weekend. Grandkids are into bicycle racing as a hobby.
I've had a blessed life.

Met my wife on a blind date, while in US Navy. We were a match immediately. I made one more patrol on submarine, then went into drydock for refit. That gave me the opportunity to date her. A few months later we were married. I made one more patrol on submarine and was discharged.
I wouldn't change a thing. We were an almost perfect match.
