We did the math while at Picnic the other day....
Starbucks, Starbucks, Whole Foods, District, PJs, Luna, Maxwell, Toast as a maybe, Cherry (not far)...

Starbucks, Luna, pj’s, district doughnuts, Whole Foods, PJ’s, maxwell (maybe coffee) main squeeze (maybe coffee) toast, cc’s, Irish coffees at Clancy’s*

Pretty sure the cc’s is reopening. Looks like renovations
Can’t remember if Maxwell has an espresso machine, I know they’re a vegan restaurant. Others that aren’t far - Mojo, The Rook, Windowsill Pies, Bearcat Cafe, French Truck, Neutral Ground Coffeehouse. Hey Cafe is now at Tips and I heard a new coffee shop opened in it’s old spot. Rue De La Course and Z’otz Cafe aren’t terribly far either.
