Little Help with Pictures

It's best to host it on a pic hosting site first. I use tinypic.com.

Just copy the URL of the picture, paste it (the URL) into the Message window, highlight the entire URL and hit the "img" button to the right of the message window. That should put img html tags on the front and end of the URL. Hit Preview to see if it worked before submitting.
