I got phone w Citibank about ah hour ago. Security center must be in India. Had a $3800 fraud charge to Cornell University Vet Specialists on Feb 23. Disputed. Got new cards last week. Logged in tonight and it back on card cleared. They finally said to be patient bc they are going to investigate bc of large amount.
