Or he could simply could have addressed it with the waiter/waitress and manager. Probably gotten a free meal. Blacks eat there all the time with no issues. We had an isolated incident of two dumb fricks being dumb fricks and the first instinct is to cry racism and run to facebook and make it a big ordeal.

He did exactly that, and the manager went along with the scam

He explained why he didn't want a free meal, he ate the food and was willing to pay for it; however, getting fricked over by a restaurant because of the color of his skin was not something he was willing to go along with.
