Where are you seeing that happen?

I sell training equipment to career tech/vocational schools at both the HS and college level. In my territory (GA, FL, AL), schools are being planned and built left and right. Georgia opened 2 ($7M in revenue for me) this year despite COVID and I have 3 more lined up for this summer (2 new and 1 renovation). I also have projects in AL and FL lined up for the next 2-3 years at around $3 million per project.

And those are only high school level projects. College is similar numbers. Our company will do record revenues 3 years in a row.
