Gotta go with Wolfenstein 3D.
I was in middle school 93-ish. We could all quit Windows and upload this illegal game.
It was boxy but quick. You had to actually think quickly to survive.
Very close second was Duck Hunt for the original Nintendo as a Mario double feature.
I couldn't comprehend the fact a machine let you point and click to shoot a regular TV. And it worked with every neighbors different TV.
