This is so bad that I almost don't believe it. There is enough here to assuage my concerns in that area, but this is the negative effect all the hoaxers/overreactors have when a legitimate issue comes up. That, "these things are almost always hoaxes/false flags/heavily exaggerated/taken out of context/blown WAY the hell out of proportion." This is a rare time when this is apparently not the case.

FFS it is 2021. I almost don't believe something like this is even possible, much less actually happened, but there it is.

easy there baw, that's a pretty remote-ish area(although not far from you, ) lot's of old stuff on the books as law in lots of municipalities mainly because it's forgotten, never comes up, spitting on sidewalks, for example, a whole lot more bazaar
