LSU PS3 Theme

I tried the gaming board and they suggested trying here so here it is. Can anyone make a LSU PS3 theme? I can't find one anywhere. You gotta download some software from the Playstation site and then I think it is pretty easy, but I don't have photoshop or anything like that.
