He’s got massive amounts of debt against a portfolio of properties of declining value. (Manhattan real estate is tanking).
His golf properties are now poison to the bodies that award top flight tournaments (PGA Tour, PGA of America, Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, European PGA, LPGA) which means they’ll get zero marketing or exposure. His private clubs will bleed membership revenue. His publicly accessible courses won’t be patronized by a large percentage of golfers. (You can get discounted fee times on golf websites at Doral). His courses in Aberdeen were losing money at an alarming rate BEFORE his presidency. Turnberry was doing ok before COVID and now likely is losing money. His Irish facility is struggling as well.
His hotels won’t be awarded any convention business or corporate business by any major corporations and more than half of America will outright refuse to stay in any of them.
He has no marketability on endorsement deals and branding going forward domestically.
He does have some real opportunities though:
he should start by selling off as much of the real estate as he can, pay off his debt and he should still have a really nice pot of money left over. Let’s call it $500 Million to $1Billion. That’s enough to ensure his descendants don’t have to work for generations. He can hire competent people to manage that and make him more than he ever did running his own business.
He also does have crazy loyalty and marketability with millions of people. Hell, he could pack out rallies for a few bucks a head for the rest of his natural life.
His international brand is still good in some places who don’t give a shite about western progressive bullshite: Hong Kong, Japan, Eastern Europe, Etc. There’s lots of money to be made there.

The PGA of America is the only one I have seen take a hardline approach. The R/A took the "forseeable future approach...don't want a distraction to the Open" ...the PGA Tour is of the.."we leave politics at the door" mindset
I have friends that won't set foot in a Trump property. They are also the same ones that said " Lebron James is a great guy..AND he has been married to the same woman"
