Yes, yes I do. I also break out the 100 years of LSU history and watch 4 hours LSU LOVEFEST.

i like looking at the stadium when passing the ms river bridge at night..there's something just mystical about that huge stadium bathing in the stadium lights alongside the river on a sultry night

I can't wait for the new season simply so that we can purge Tiger Stadium of the stench of the Arkansas loss.
That was the last home game played in Tiger Stadium.
F'in Arkansas loss.

I certainly hope that is true. However, we have to play UGA and Bama in TS this year, so it won't be easy. Hell, Houston Nutt and his one man burlesque come to town as well. We owe that pussy an arse whipping. Excuse my language.

I lived on campus for 3 years, and what you are describing is real. I can also get the "electricity" sensation early on game day, particularly if it's a big game.

How about when the band takes the first steps out of the south endzones each year.
And yes I love the feeling around campus the night before..I might spend the night up there on the 29th just for that. I havn't decided yet.

I am going to miss the feeling of BR the night before the game. I just moved out to California in May, and have been around LSU's campus the last 9-10 years.
I worked in Johnston Hall as full time staff, so
-I would get to see the opposing team's busses roll into TS for a Friday walk-through.
-The crispness in the fall air.
-I love looking at Touchdown Village RV lot the night before the game, see the flags/smoke -Driving in front of the Stadium looking at the lights of the new West Upper Deck.
-Driving around Tigerland. Looking at the quad packed for Fall Fest, and seeing the freshmen/intl students being instant converts. -Going out to the Chimes with my buddies.
-Watching the field crew paint the eye/endzones on Tuesday/Wednesday before the 1st game.
-Hearing the Golden Band from Tigerland practicing by Kirby
-Car flags from both teams flying the night before.
All I have forward to now is looking at hippies in trees around Cal's stadium...and that's about it. I live in one of the most awesome cities in the U.S., but a fall Saturday in Baton Rouge is the best place in the world. Can't wait till I come back home for the Bama game.
