I think one key is to not have meals in restaurants or grills, at all. Key #2 might be to avoid doing take out or delivery meals or keep them to a bare minimum. Key #3 is to simply not go to gatherings of any kind, or host them. Key #4 is figure you’ll probably get it anyway, so think hard about not getting the vaccine. Is the risk/benefit worth it? I mean what’s the worst a nanobot can do?
