I can also tell you that you might be shocked by the number of people who go into my wife's office for the first time ever and discover they need to be on dialysis immediately (and likely should have been well before they got there). People live with conditions that they don't know they have for years and years, putting off regular doctor visits for one reason or another routinely. If you're over 30, you likely have at least one pre-existing condition.

That's reasonable enough. And good for you. I've had it twice in my life and it sucked both times. One of my kids had two strains a couple of years ago and had they not had the vaccine, it could have been a much rougher go.
