Not only that - but some of the guys I know would NOT go legit if they had to give a cut to the state - why should they? They’re doing fine just how they are. Plus if neighboring states don’t legalize it - they will sell it there as well - like one of the things happening in Colorado

Because they'd be making more money than what they currently are, substantially more if they could wrap their brains around actually running a business.
