Creole gumbo has tomatoes. Cajun gumbo doesn’t.

I had a good seafood gumbo the other day with okra and actually felt that the only thing missing to put it over the top were tomatoes. I love tomatoes though. I love creole jambalaya as well but never cook it. May need to. Meet me at sonic on vets
