SEC+ and ESPN+ are completely separate.
Whatever TV provider or streaming service you use if you're able to watch SECN then you'll be able to watch SEC+.
It looks like you have Cox so you'll just need to log into the ESPN app and plug in your provider information either from your smart phone/tablet/roku etc...
