No. I prefer the second one as well. Just had more access to it as a kid on vhs and watched it over and over.
The first one is probably a better movie but I “like” the second one more.

That might be the reason why I like the second one more. I had the second movie and watched it all the time but my dad would take me to Blockbuster to rent the first one.
