Last week was the end of the God storyline. Tonight was the end of the story, and the story was always about 2 brothers and their commitment to each other. It ended as I always thought it would. One brother dying in the line of duty and the other walking away from the hunter's life and living a "normal" life. I enjoyed the ending. It was emotional. I found this show after it was on a couple seasons, but been a faithful viewer since. It's like I always sat down each week and had a beer with the Winchester boys, and now, I'm not so sure who'll I'll sit and zone out with for an hour and have that beer with. All time top 3 show for me. Admittedly I am a fan of this genre.

Season 1-5 will go down as one of the greatest show of all time. I thought the 2nd to last episode was just meh. The finale definitely made up for it. I wasn’t expecting much for the finale and it ended perfectly even better than I expected. The second “Carry on my wayward son” comes on you immediately get goosebumps. The emotional remix of the song to end it was even better. You couldn’t have made a better song to end the show with that emotion. Crazy to think I started watching this back in college in 2005.
