Not to be lazy, but they have a pretty well thought out wiring guide.
My understanding is you don’t HAVE to provide power with the extra/2nd 5v input, but it’s available.
And I may have misspoke- the usb could be/probably is covered in the standard setup, so it’s probably only 2 real power options in most cases.

Yeah I’ve looked at that but I guess I have the next version.
