I'm not sure because I can't find any solid information, but that pic MAY be from when she was competing for Miss Domincan Republic in 1990.
Fun fact: she's 55!!! Years old and has a son with her husband whom she married in 1995.
I honestly can't say I've ever seen a 55 year old woman that looks that good.
